Terms of Service

Service description
EqualPay Ready is a B2B SaaS platform for employers who need to comply with the obligations arising from EU Directive 2023/970/EU on pay transparency and its national transpositions. The service enables import of pay data, computation of the gender pay gap, generation of regulatory reports, and tracking of compliance obligations.
Account and registration
Users create an account through Auth.js (D-035): with email and password, or via an OAuth provider (Google, Microsoft Entra). The platform is multi-tenant — each organization has an isolated workspace (D-027). The user is responsible for safe storage of access credentials and immediate reporting of suspected account abuse.
Acceptable use
- Employee data uploaded to the platform must have a lawful basis for processing under the GDPR (typically the employment relationship between the employer and the data subject).
- The following is prohibited: scraping the application, creating multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits, reverse engineering, distribution of access credentials to third parties.
- Data of other organizations is confidential — multi-tenant isolation is a technical control; an attempt to bypass it is a violation of these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” until an individual SLA agreement is concluded. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of regulatory calculations as a legally binding output, nor suitability for any particular purpose beyond the aforementioned directive. The user is responsible for verifying generated reports before submitting them to the regulator.
Pricing and billing
The current tier model is published in the application (Settings → Subscription). The LITE tier may be provided free of charge for a limited scope; the Premium tier is billed according to the contract. A tier change takes effect immediately.
Termination
The user may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@equalpayready.eu. After termination, data is retained according to the rules in the Privacy Policy. The operator may terminate the service in case of a material breach of these terms (typically a 30-day notice period, with the exception of security incidents).
Changes to terms
We publish updated terms on this page and notify users by email from noreply@equalpayready.eu at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic according to the operator’s registered seat, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions provide otherwise.
